Refund policy

We offer a 14day return on all our wigs.
All wigs purchased must be returned unused, with all packaging and labels intact.

We will not accept wigs with visible sweat or body fluid transfers, makeup, oils or sprays, ripped lace or elastic bands, labels removed or ripped.

Please be advised that we will not be responsible for your return cost.
